This workshop will explore the Chakra system by individually exploring and understanding what each chakra represents while COLORING!

Our chakra energy system can be compromised by being under active and blocked or overly active and depleted. When this imbalance occurs in the alignment of these spinning wheels of energy - our human system becomes unhealthy and does not function properly. 

We will learn about these areas through a meditation  - body scan which can bring a greater awareness and connection to our well-being. We will explore various sounds, colors, and words of each chakra while we color the body forms. Find A Comfortable Place and  Have your Color Supplies Ready!
